happy birthday maggie moo

The littlest baby at our house is FIVE YEARS OLD today! Y’all, how in the world can that be?

She’s itty-bitty! She’s my littlest sweet heart! And, just like the other two babies out our house, Jessye, and YES, Terry…she’s never gonna be too big to snuggle.

I sent a cake to preschool today for sharing with classmates. I hope she had a great day. I’ve promised we’ll bake a cake together, too. She likes to help with cooking, that Mags. She’s been making biscuits since she was four. That’s cause she was raised right, y’all. *sniff*

Hey! I’ve lost weight, y’all. I weighed only 152.5 this morning. (Don’tcha love how I said “ONLY 152.5”? Knowin’ ONLY and a hundred fifty-anything don’t belong in the same sentence.  But, keep on the sunny-side, I always say. Never mind that the last time I weighed this I was four months pregnant.)

But, y’all! Can I just tell ya? The best thing about weighing 152.5lbs is————————————It’s sooooooo NOT 158lbs!

 : )  Woo hoo!
