Good morning! I will be doing AB RIPPER for the first time tonight, (in addition to whatever DVD #3 holds in store). I am doing only thirty minutes per DVD this week. I know the company I work for will appreciate that, since I’m sure they value employees who can walk from their car into the building without assistance. = ) I can sho’ feel the PLYOMETRICS aftermath this mornin’, lemme tell ya!
My friend Lauren told me that she did ab ripper three times a week and that after a month she could REALLY tell a difference! Now isn’t THAT EXACTLY what we wanted hear! Yay!!! (Of course, I’m anticipating great results, ya know…’cuz I’ve got washboard abs already…I just keep ‘em cushioned well so they don’t get scratched.) …Oh I’m sorry…I’ll wait here why you go put your hip boots on!
Well, I tend to lean towards extremes. So, I’m really trying to keep myself in line by NOT attempting more than thirty minutes this first week! It would be EASY for me to over do it. But I am so happy that I am not finding the exercises themselves to be difficult…so far, anyway. And he (the exercise instructor guy, whatever his name is…) moves slow enough that my brain can actually process each new exercise move before he’s moved on to another one.
Denise Austin, for instance…does each move on her exercise DVDs so fast that my mind just shuts off and declares it HOPELESS!
So, I stayed within 25 points yesterday. And I slept SOOOOOOOOO good last night. It has been a long time since I’ve slept so hard. Must be the exercise!
